10 Ways to Finally Make Fitness a Habit


When I was in my twenties, I’ve tried to start a workout program for years: I would see my friends go to the gym, others to various sport activities, yet I couldn’t find my way to it. I even tried to go myself a few times, but in a short while I would give up and, as a persevering, determined gal I am( 😉 ), couldn’t figure out why this good habit wouldn’t catch on me, even though my body was screaming for fitness.
